Purpose
Black silicone rubber is used to lift fingerprints developed with light-colored powders on rough surfaces.

Method
A. 10ml: squeeze 10ml of silicone rubber into the mixing box, open a bottle of hardener with a cutting wheel and pour the hardener into the mixing box, mix the silicone rubber and the hardener well quickly, apply the mixture on the traces. After hardening is complete (about 10 minutes), lift the cast.
B. 20ml: squeeze 20ml of silicone rubber into the mixing box, open two bottles of hardener with a cutting wheel and pour the hardener into the mixing box, mix the silicone rubber and the hardener well quickly, apply the mixture on the traces. After hardening is complete (about 10 minutes), lift the cast.
C. 30ml: squeeze 30ml of silicone rubber into the mixing box, open 3 bottles of hardener with a cutting wheel and pour the hardener into the mixing box, mix the silicone rubber and the hardener well quickly, apply the mixture on the traces. After hardening is complete (about 10 minutes), lift the cast.
Special effect of fingerprint lifting
The ridge lines developed with powders on irregular surface such as discs or leather will be disconnected if they are lifted by tape. On irregular surface, there are many depressions that the tape cannot touch. Silicone rubber is a kind of viscous substance. When it is applied to the surface of an object, it will flow into the depression and stick powders on both the depression and the ridge lines. After the silicone rubber solidifies into elastic solid, lift it off the surface of the object, then the continuous fingerprint lines can be seen
