Composition
It consists of plastic case, ink pad, ink, permeable plate, etc. The ink pad is at the bottom of the case and the permeable plate is placed above the ink pad. The ink is stored in the ink pad and permeates upward through the micropores of the permeable plate to reach the upper surface of the permeable plate. Press the surface of the permeable plate with the palm to get the palm inked evenly.
Feature
The hard permeable plate is made of microporous high polymer. When the palm touches the plate, the ink on the permeable plate will only adhere to the ridge line and leave the valley clean, thus producing clear finger/palm print with no excessive inking. The permeable plate of high polymer is solid and durable. Printing area of the permeable plate: 173x115mm, suitable for taking full palm print.
Method
Place the print pad flat, open the plastic case, press the palm and fingers on the permeable plate to ink the palm and fingers fully and evenly, then press palm and fingers on the print card or white paper to take full palm print.
Maintenance
A. The ink will be in shortage after using for a period of time. In such cases, take out the permeable plate, add ink to the ink pad, then restore the permeable plate. 24 hours later, the ink will permeate through the surface of the plate.
B. Clean the palms and fingers before pressing them on the permeable plate to prevent dirt from staining the permeable plate.
C. If there is dirt on the surface of the permeable plate, clean it with a clean brush.
